When looking for a contractor to work with on your projects, make sure they are licensed, bonded, and insured for a couple different reasons. One, if they're gonna pull a permit, they're gonna need to be licensed, bonded, and insured. They can't even pull a permit without workers' comp, so they won't be able to pull the permit for you. Uh, with pg e they need to be licensed. They'll need to have to put that on their permit for pg e and in whatever city they may be in, they'll have to pull the permit and we have their license and bonded insured.
