So a quick tip, a few things to look out for in your bathroom, the, and number one is gonna be, um, uh, condensation. So condensation happens all the time in bathrooms, and it's really damaging. So y- you know what it is, it hangs on your walls, hangs on your glass, can, can be inside the shower as well. And it also has another per- another deal that goes with it, and that's capillary action.

So capillary action is like you've seen a TV commercial where the paper towel is there, and they set it on a droplet of water, and you know, that sucks it up. Well, that's nothing to do with the paper towel. That has to do with the, the properties of water. Water molecules tend to hold together, and so it gets sucked in behind.

So any cracks, any openings at all, and this can be happening right away, the steam that condenses onto your shower can get sucked back behind the walls by capillary action. And the third thing that I think is also very important for you to check out, get down and get your head in your vanity, take a flashlight, put it all the way in there, look at your shut-off valves, and look at the pipe that goes through the wall.

Uh, if that... And, and take a big whiff when you're under there because y- it may clearly indicate heavy mold or mildew or other things going on, and those are things that if you, if you have 'em going on right then, you really need to take care of right away.
