Another tip that I would help out a customer with is to avoid any oil stains is communicate with your tenants if they have any issues with their cars is just to avoid bringing any cars that have oil problems into the parking lot. Oil will permanently stain your concrete and if you catch it in time, we can remove it.

So what I've seen with concrete stains is rust stains and oil stains. Any leaky faucets above the concrete you might wanna get that addressed quickly. And also with the oil, just get that addressed quickly to avoid any oil stains. So if you avoid if you take care of any leaking pipes above the concrete in your parking lots and also talk to your tenants if they have any issues with their cars, any leaking oil on their cars.
