Rogers Remodel Inc. provides a wide range of Green building and remodeling services for residential clients in Marin, Sonoma, Napa and San Francisco Counties. The company’s primary focus is using sustainable products and construction methods to remodel kitchens and bathrooms, but it also works on new construction and addition projects, performs water audits, offers Green plumbing services and more.
President Jamie Rogers says holding multiple license classifications has been the key to Rogers Remodel’s success. In addition to being a general contractor, Mr. Rogers is a licensed plumbing contractor for the State of California, which allows his company to service numerous aspects of customers’ homes without the aid of subcontractors. “Since we handle every aspect of every project, we’re able to listen closely to each client’s ideas and make them a reality,” he explains. “That type of comprehensive approach really resonates with people.”
Rogers Remodel also maintains a project management division that handles production aspects such as contract management and material costing for homeowners, real estate developers and other property investors. “From scheduling and estimating to change order management, we make sure everything is professionally structured and as fluid as possible,” says Mr. Rogers.
