Balla Construction & Design is a general contracting firm that offers residential remodeling and home improvement services to clients in San Francisco, the Peninsula and Alameda County. The company focuses on kitchen and bathroom remodels, but its Class B contractor’s license allows it to handle structural work, seismic upgrades and foundation replacements, additions, door and window replacements, siding and exterior sheeting, dry rot repair and more. For small projects, it can also provide architectural design.
Owner Peter Balla has 30 years of design/build experience in the construction industry. He founded Balla Construction & Design in 1994 to focus on European architectural design but expanded over the years to handle every phase of construction, from groundbreaking and plumbing to finish carpentry. Mr. Balla says his small but growing international team is comprised of experts with many decades of combined experience.
Balla Construction & Design takes an all-inclusive approach to its remodeling and home improvement work—it provides consultations, designs and drawings, and secures all necessary permits. Mr. Balla says his company has built excellent relationships with many trusted and talented Bay Area tradespeople, subcontractors and engineers. “Our collective expertise is suited to practically any home improvement project.”
“We pride ourselves on providing excellent service and quality craftsmanship for a moderate price. Our motto is, ‘We build on your satisfaction.’ Our main priority is to make our customers happy by keeping them informed and involved throughout the remodeling process. No job is finished until we know the end result has met or exceeded the customer’s expectations.”
