Valdivia Roofing

Valdivia Roofing provides a wide range of roofing services for homeowners in Monterey, Santa Cruz and Santa Clara Counties. In addition to replacing, maintaining and repairing all types of roofing systems (including asphalt shingle, metal, TPO, cedar shake and slate), the company is qualified to repair chimney flashing, install gutters and gutter guards, and more.

Owner Humberto Valdivia Silva says Valdivia Roofing’s success is rooted in its customer-oriented business practices. “We try to help people as much as we can, especially if they’re not ready for a full roof replacement. Whenever possible, we look for ways to prolong the life of their current roof instead of selling them something they don’t need, and they really appreciate that level of transparency.”

Valdivia Roofing prioritizes quality control in every aspect of its operations, which Mr. Valdivia Silva says is the key to ensuring positive results. “We keep our clients updated throughout the roofing process so they can feel confident that the work is being done correctly. Also, I personally make regular visits to our jobsites and stay in communication with our foremen to make sure everything is going smoothly.”
