How much will my home repair job cost?

Every job is different, so it’s hard to say without seeing the job. We can give approximate rates over the phone, but if you want a more accurate figure, we’ll come out and do a free estimate.

How soon can you start my job?

If it’s a small job, we can usually swing by the same day if we’re in the area, but if it’s a more involved job, we’ll typically schedule work to begin in one week. Regardless of the size of your project, we encourage you to make a list of things you need done so we can address them all in a single visit. We charge a flat service fee, so you might as well maximize your money by having us take care of everything while we’re at your house.

Can you purchase materials for me?

Yes, you can choose materials at a store and we’ll go pick them up and bring you a receipt. We don’t mark up prices for parts or materials.

Are your handymen qualified and dependable?

Absolutely. We only hire people who have 10 to 20 years of industry experience and no history of accidents. It’s also important for our employees to be conscientious about customer service and take a lot of pride in their workmanship. You can expect expertise and professionalism from all our handymen.

What’s your approach to quality control?

Quality control is very important to us. Our handymen take pictures before and after each job to show what they did, and they also use a punch list to double-check their work. We show our clients what’s being done at every step of their projects to make sure their expectations are being met.
