A non pressure detergent based approach to exterior cleaning is far superior. first, it's not damaging. Pressure washing constantly causes damage. Even on brand new buildings, hard surfaces pressure washers are used and cause damage that again is irreversible. You can't fix it. But with detergent based non pressure cleaning, you're using the detergent, the chemical as a biocide. So it's going to lighten up the darkness of the bacteria. to make it basically invisible, but it's also a biocide. Most of what we see on building surfaces that make the surface look ugly, it's biological. It's growth. So when you use a biocide to kill it, it eradicates it, and it removes it. And it looks much better. It's a comprehensive, even clean, unlike pressure washing, and it just lasts far, far longer.
