Yes, we can take you to showrooms and show you all the possibilities for your project. However, some materials aren’t readily available, so if you’re looking for something immediately, we’ll limit your options to what’s in stock.

Can you make my yard weed-free?

No. Weeds come in from above, so it doesn’t matter what kind of weed fabric we install—if your neighbor’s yard has lots of weeds, those seeds are going to blow over to your property. We can take steps to limit the amount of weed-related maintenance you have to do, but we can’t completely eradicate them.

Should I install artificial turf?

Artificial turf has definitely improved in recent years. There are lots of different varieties that look very realistic, but they’re still not completely maintenance-free. Weed seeds can still blow in and land on top of the turf, but you can rake or spray them away pretty easily. If you have pets, you’ll need to rinse the turf every now and then.

What’s the difference between concrete and pavers?

You get a lot of variety with both products, but concrete will eventually crack. The beauty of pavers is they’re individual pieces of concrete, so once you lock them together, they’re just as strong but they can be easily repaired. If you have an oil leak or a puddle due to settling, you can just pull up the affected pavers and replace them. With concrete, you have to cut the entire area and patch it, which is always noticeable.
