It depends on who the security guard is. Our main guy Brian was very helpful. We liked him a lot, but there were other guys who we would find sleeping or couldn't find them at. They were very helpful when we had complaints. They took care of it by the next day.

I like the repetitiveness of the guard, as he knows the place. He knows the weakness and he knows me and my staff is able to talk to me.
