We use a Matterport camera to create a 3D video tour of every property that we lease, as well as a floor plan and professional photos. We’ll give you all these things at no additional cost.

What kinds of fees will I be paying?

Fees are typically influenced by the size of the property, the amount of income generated and the duties we perform. We charge a one-time leasing/placement fee when securing new residents for a property. We don’t charge any markups on repairs that we oversee on your behalf—you’ll only pay what the vendor charges.
