I just feel that they're real honest and they don't overcharge. I like Fred very much. They drop me off where I need to go, which is close by, and then I play bridge while they work on my car. They're very polite and they have a very nice lobby. I have been going there for years.

They're a heck of a business. Fred Beatty really has his crap together. He knows what he's doing, he answers the phone, he's honest, and they have very good prices.

The prices, compared to dealerships are way better. I have a Land Rover and the dealership wants to cut off your leg and an arm too for parts and maintenance.

The customer service, I'll give you an example. I had a problem with my car and I couldn't get it started. I was at my office in Sausalito and Fred drove from Greenbrae to Sausalito to come and take a look at it. That level of customer service is unheard of these days.
