Will I get the same cleaning crew every time?

We try to send the same cleaner whenever possible, but if it’s not, we’ll send a backup cleaner who was part of the team that did your initial clean.

Absolutely. Everyone we send to your home is a vetted member of our team who has passed a background check and is covered by our insurance. You can trust them because we do.

Will I need to communicate with my cleaners?

We take care of all the directions and information when you become a client, and we keep a profile with your preferences so you don’t need to communicate with your cleaner. When our cleaners arrive, they’re usually aware of what they need to do and any requests you have. You’re welcome to talk to them, but you won’t need to show them what to do.

Can I choose which cleaning products you use in my home?

Yes, we’ll ask if you have a preference or if you want us to use our trusted brands. Just let us know which products you’d like to use and we’ll check the MSDS information and update your account.

How will I know when my next cleaning is coming?

We’ll send you a text or email reminder the day before your cleaning appointment. You’ll also have access to your online customer account to see your upcoming appointments.

Do I need to leave the house while you’re cleaning?

Accepted Answer

No, as long as we have access to the areas that we need to clean, you’re welcome to be home. Your pets can also be home, but we ask that you keep them in a secluded area for their safety.

Can I give you a key or electronic access to my home?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We’ll come in, do our work, and then let ourselves out and lock up. You’ll come home to a clean and secure house.

Will you also fold my laundry and pick up toys?

Accepted Answer

We’re a cleaning service, so we don’t do household chores. That’s a big difference between a maid service and a house cleaning service. Some maid services will also do dishes and other chores, but we’re there to focus on cleaning. We can load dishes into an empty dishwasher, but we won’t handwash dishes. We need the time we’ve budgeted to clean the entire house.
