I think after what we had been through, all the problems they ran into, and that they were still able to get the job finished, deserves a "10", higher than a "10". I think they are amazing.

They were able to get a really difficult and technical job done within a good amount of time. They were able to identify the problems beforehand rather than just installing the unit wrong. That saved us a lot of money.
