“He really did more than just paint. I think he worked beyond just putting a coat of paint on the house. He saw that there were areas in the house that needed work and he repaired it. He didn't do it for free, but instead of just painting over the mess, he fixed the problems. I bought all the paint on his account, and I got to reimburse him for it. I was very satisfied with him. He helped us in choosing the color, and he cleaned up after himself beautifully. He sprayed the ceilings in a house that just sold and even went down the wall so there were no lines or divisions. He was just very cooperative, and the young man who worked with him was very professional. We were trying to coordinate the calendar for a sale, and I needed to have a ceiling shot for the walls because I needed the carpenters to come out a week later. He went and did the job his contactor was doing, and sent him here mid-day, and he finished the job in record time. He gave me his home number and his home cell number. You hear all these stories about not being able to find your contractor, but he was always there. The paint job is beautiful. The house sold for 22K more than we expected to get, and I know it was due to the paint job.”
