Also, we already had gutters. We did not realize that we could continue using those gutters, so we asked for new gutters. When the workman arrived, he realized that we really didn't need new gutters and he told us. That saved us $1800. They had the materials. They could have just installed the gutters. I think he was more concerned about doing a good job for us and I was impressed.”

The final cost was in the ball park of the estimate and their communication left no surprises. He sat down and talked to me. He was very friendly. His workers were very clean and on time. They finished in the amount of time they said they would and they cleaned up well. It was like nothing happened. I was amazed by the quality of their work. He was very patient with us and he was never in a rush or rushed us with anything. They came at 8:00 AM and left at 5:00 or 6:00 PM. Nothing was left undone. They were pleasant.”
