“They are very easy to work with and honest. I think that is the number one thing. When you go in, the person at the counter is very polite and knows about cars. They ask you detailed questions to try to determine what is needed. The check-in is very quick. They also have a shuttle service. They are prompt. They say they will call you at a certain time to tell you what is wrong, and they do. They are prompt with their delivery. One time, when we were running late to pick up the car, they stayed open for us. They seem to know and care about their customers. Another time, there was an older man in there. They were very nice, and seemed to know just what to say to calm him down. The office staff is pleasant too. All around, everyone seems to pitch in, and is willing to work for the business. There is none of this 'That's not my job' stuff. They are well known in the community and they have a good reputation. My car is fairly new, but I would go there in an instant for anything that is not covered by the warranty. I recommend them to everyone.”

“They are prompt with keeping the schedule they promise. They drop me off and pick me up. When I pick up my car, they have a checklist of everything they've done and they go over it with me. They explain things and answer the many questions that I have. They are always polite and they have a good attitude. They call me three days later to see how my car is doing. They offer me discounts or long-time customer perks, without me having to ask. They auto-schedule appointments, like a dentist and make it very easy for me to keep my car running well, without having me spend a lot of my personal time. They do the work for me. I don't have to remember to schedule appointments or have things checked. They do it automatically. I can delegate the maintenance of my car and forget about it. I love that. I used to take my car to the dealership, until the dealership couldn't fix a problem that Larry was able to fix. I recommend them to anyone who asks about cars. I am a strong promoter of their fine service.”
