“Professionalism, they were on time and very clear about our material choices. They really stuck to their plan. Also, they were very good communicators. Whenever you are doing a construction project, there are changes that come up. I have heard so many people say that they have had communication conflicts with their contractors, and I know we were fortunate not to have had those problems.”
