Westgate Real Estate was founded by Steve Gavriloff’s father in Petaluma in 1959. Many years later, Westgate Real Estate was sold to a company that was ultimately acquired by Coldwell Banker. After leaving school, Steve Gavriloff spent nine years with Coldwell Banker until he decided to reopen Westgate in 1999.

COMPANY PHILOSOPHY
“The reason our customers have been satisfied with our services is our attention to detail. Our company has its own personality, which is one of the things that gets lost in a big company. And that’s what we have here; we’re small enough to give great individual attention to each of our clients and big enough to serve them properly.
