Life is all about communication. The staff of Advanced Instruments Hearing Aid Center helps their patients through the use of hearing instruments and counseling. The staff thoroughly evaluates each patients’ hearing needs and works diligently to find the best solution for reach person, using a “patient-centered” approach.
The new Fairfield location and the already successful Sonoma and Vacaville locations, are owned and operated by Eric Stratton. Mr. Stratton possesses an audioprosthologist certification, a very difficult credential to earn. He is nationally board certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences and is licensed by the State of California as a hearing aid dispenser.
In addition to expert fitting, adjusting and repairing hearing aids, Advanced Instruments provides hearing protection devices, amplified telephones, TV Ears and wireless listening systems. They make custom earmolds for hearing aids, swimming, cell phones and blue tooth devices.
COMPANY PHILOSOPHY
“Our purpose is to repair and improve the quality of communication of our patients. Our goal is for every person to leave our office feeling better than when they came in. No matter what they came for – whether it was for hearing aids or for batteries or just to have a question answered – we want them to be happy with the experience.”
