Chip Carter,
owner of North
Bay Cabinets
& Countertops, is one
of four brothers in the
cabinet business in the
area. Chip got into
the business in 1975,
installing Formica
countertops. He started this business in 1978.
North Bay Cabinets is celebrating its 30th year in
business in Vallejo. From its humble beginnings, in
a building so small that 12-foot long countertops
were stored outside in the back of the building, it
has progressed to its present location in one of
Vallejo’s historic buildings with plenty of shop
space and large showroom.
When you visit their showroom, you’ll see examples
of the products they offer, rather than having
to look through a photo album.
North Bay Cabinets can provide their customers
with any type of cabinet – semi-custom, stock, or
custom made in their shops. They have standard
framed cabinets and “European” frameless cabinets.
They can custom make any type of countertop
desired. Customers can also purchase sinks,
faucets, tubs, toilets, or any plumbing fixture
needed. “Green” products are also available. They
will install everything using their own installers.
COMPANY PHILOSOPHY
“Our goal is a satisfied customer who loves their
new kitchen or bath.”
