Loudermilk Construction is a general contracting business that has enjoyed serving its Contra Costa County and Solano County clients since 2003. Owner Robert Loudermilk began working solo and now employs a small crew that’s busy 365 days per year.

The Benicia-based company is a full-service general contracting firm with experience in all phases of construction. It’s not unusual to see them pouring concrete for foundations on one job and doing beautiful finish carpentry on the next. They work on new construction as well as remodels and additions and wear many hats: electrician, plumber, roofer, stoneworker, carpenter, painter. Among jobs that vary widely the common thread is quality – quality of workmanship and of the materials used. Loudermilk Construction uses only top brands and takes the time to do even the smallest task correctly.

Loudermilk Construction is a member of the Benicia Chamber of Commerce, the Western Builders Association and the Better Business Bureau. As a proud member of their community, they regularly contribute to the Benicia Education fund to benefit local schools.
