“Everything, from the people who greeted me when I walked in the door to the wonderful way I was helped, the consideration from Wayne and his wife was excellent. Also, the people who came and did the installing were courteous, polite, friendly, and considerate. They did an excellent job. The quality of the material and the aid I was given in selecting the materials, I had explored other flooring companies in town, but the people did not know their product or didn't want to take the time with me. Since the price is competitive and comparable, why not go where they know their stuff, treat you right, and are trustworthy? After the job was done, Wayne sent me a gift certificate for dinner.
