Mel Springs Jr., current owner of Walter M.
Springs Construction company, has been in the construction industry since 1970. His father founded the company back in 1959 and Mr. Springs Jr. took over operations in 1987.

Walter M. Springs Constructions manages all phases of construction work on all size projects. Their estimators, project managers and support staff work with subcontracted roofers, electricians, plumbers and others who are experts in their fields. Together the team takes on large and small constructions projects includes additions, remodels, new home construction and insurance estimating and repairs.

The company strives to use environmentally friendly materials from renewable sources. They encourage clients to use energy efficient appliances and to design their homes to optimize natural light and maintain the indoor environment using as little artificial heating or cooling as possible.

COMPANY PHILOSOPHY
"It’s our goal to produce a better product than that of our competitors. We pay attention to the details and make sure the customer is happy with what we’re doing. If they’re not, we fix it. We want our clients to be able to enjoy their homes for years to come. Because we approach every project with that attitude, our customers almost always refer us to other people. That’s how we’ve stayed in business for 45 years."
