Optimum Realty, founded by Jane Brown as a sole proprietorship in 1991 and incorporated in 1996, is a full service real estate sales company currently licensed to handle both real estate sales and mortgage loan transactions in California. Their agents are bilingual and service real estate needs in San Francisco, San Mateo, Alameda, Sacramento and Los Angeles Counties. Prospective homebuyers may visit the web site in order to search properties directly from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Optimum Realty also provides relocation services to other states.

Optimum Financial Services offers 100% purchase and refinance loans, interest only loans and low rates for good credit and problem credit. The loans offered include conventional, jumbo, government, commercial, and fixed and adjustable rate loans.
