Dating back to the 1920’s, the Lafayette family has been building and remodeling homes on the Peninsula. Following family tradition, Dennis founded INCOTEC in 1990. He and his eldest son, Joel, are Master Builders; trained to a journeyman level in each trade, mastering everything that goes into a building with proficiency and skill.
