Franz Termite Control Corporation was founded in Palo Alto in 1971 by Franz Judas and is now run by his son, Michael Judas, who has been with the company since 1986. Franz Termite Control performs inspections and provides a full range of termite control and repair services, including tenting, fumigation and alternative treatments that the company will explain by phone.

Termites cause more damage to homes than all other natural disasters combined. While a structure may become infested at any time, presence of termites is of particular importance when buying or selling a home since a termite inspection/infestation report is normally a condition of sale.
