A De Martini Painting was started by Rich De Martini after he graduated from college in 1974. A sole proprietor, Mr. De Martini was always extremely meticulous and particularly "customer friendly." In January 2000 he sold 25% of the company to a long-time employee and friend, Mr. Brett Arnott and they incorporated in January 2000 as De Martini/Arnott Painting Company, Inc. They both oversee all projects whether they are residential, commercial, or industrial. Their thriving partnership continues to focus on meticulousness and customer-friendly service today.

They do interior and exterior work, specialty finishes, waterproofing, minor carpentry repairs and all phases of the painting trade. A full 75% of all their work comes from referrals. They employ their painters and craftsmen full-time and only hire journeyman painters with a minimum of five years experience.
