John Ozmert has over ten years experience installing, repairing, and refinishing hardwood floors in the San Francisco area.

Mr. Ozmert comes from a tradition of working with wood in his native Turkey, where his father was a contractor in his home city of Istanbul. Mr. Ozmert chose hardwood as Ace Hardwood Floors' specialty because he feels strongly that there is no substitute for the beauty and durability of hardwood for flooring. It is especially soughtafter because carpeting causes allergies and is difficult to maintain. Hardwood, on the other hand, is simple to keep clean and add substantially to property values. The hardwoods that Ace Hardwood Floors most commonly install, using either the tongue and groove or the top nail methods, include oak, maple, Brazilian cherry and Douglas fir.
