damage. The company specializes in structural inspections, control treatments and structural repairs for homes on the real estate market. They also install or replace tile, vinyl and stone as necessary following substructure or under-floor repairs. Real estate sales hinge on the structure being free of damage and pests. J & M Termite Control is committed to providing prompt, reliable service that keeps the transaction on schedule.

Both fumigation and foam injection methods are used for pest control. All treatment and repair work is guaranteed for one year. Owner Jim Darling and his team are licensed by the Structural Pest Control Board and current on the latest techniques to keep homes free of termites and other wood-destroying pests.
