Autotrend Diagnostics was established in 1989. Dave Kusa, a Bay Area resident for more than 30 years, assumed ownership in 2001, two years after he began working there. His wife Judy and his daughters Katie and Kristi are involved in the business as well. Mr. Kusa graduated from De Anza College with two degrees in Automotive Technology and has been in the auto repair industry for the past 20 years.

He and his technicians attend training seminars to continually update their knowledge and ability in the ever-advancing field of automotive repair and service. They use state of the art Snap-On diagnostic equipment.

Mr. Kusa's crews are expert at heating, cooling and air conditioning systems and timely with periodic maintenance, engine repair or replacement, fuel injection and tune-ups. They strut their stuff with their work on the suspension system and are experts on any part of an automobile. (Ask them to adjust the cupholder for a decaf double latte with low fat milk.)
