For over 20 years Elegant Thread, Inc. has been a family owned and operated non-franchised carpet, area rug, and upholstery cleaning business. Owners Scott and Marti Miller have a mission of providing their clients unparalleled customer service. During the Diamond certification survey process, all 100 randomly selected clients stated without exception that they would use Elegant Thread again. Elegant Thread is an IICRC certified company, with IICRC trained technicians, offering a preferred multi-step deep restorative cleaning process where carpets come out looking like new. Ecologically “Green” minded Elegant Thread utilizes a biodegradable “soap-free” cleaning agent that’s non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and environmentally safe.
The owners applied their quality craftsmanship in creating Elegant Floors, a full service hardwood floor refinishing, installation, and restoration division, also achieving Diamond Certification.
