“He is the kind of guy that if there is something on the plan that doesn't look right, he'll take the initiative to make the necessary changes. He is the owner. I remember one time when he couldn't get anyone to take down a tree, he did the work himself. Also, his pricing is very competitive. He has a great eye. He has all the things that a builder across the board needs, whether high end or residential. I don't ever have to chase the guy. If he is even running fifteen minutes late, he will call.” —Billy F.
