Frank Chan founded Quality Auto Care in 1999. He has 25 years experience in the auto industry and has worked for independent repair shops, gas station repair shops, limousine companies and Nissan and Infiniti dealerships. In 2001 Doris Chan left her job as a dental hygienist to join her husband in the family business, which operates out of San Mateo.

Quality Auto Care services all makes and models of vehicles, both foreign and domestic. You can call on them for scheduled maintenance and for routine services such as tune-ups and oil changes. They’ll also perform major repairs, from engines and transmissions to steering and suspension work. State of the art computer diagnostic equipment allows them to pinpoint hard-to-find problems and ASE Certified Mechanics ensure efficient, quality work.

Only quality factory parts are used, and they won’t try to sell you unnecessary repairs. All work is backed by a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. To help you out while your car is in the shop, Quality Auto Care has loaner cars available. They also offer senior citizen discounts. Whether you need a major repair or just a tank of gas, Quality Auto Care looks forward to serving you.
