Lisa Deal established Iris Designs in2000. Since that time, she’s helped morethan four hundred Bay Area homeowners prepare their residences for the real estate market.
More and more, staging is becoming an alternative to costly remodeling. “Staging” is the process of presenting a home for sale in the best possible way. The goal is to make the home as visually appealing as possible to potential buyers—to make an impression on them the moment they walk through the door. Ms. Deal works with the customer and real estate agent to understand their marketing strategy and attract appropriate buyers.
Every home has its own unique appeal, and Ms.Deal works to bring out those qualities and give the seller a competitive edge. With her interior design skills, Ms. Deal can also assist homeowners with decorating their living spaces. With the use of color, correct furniture and accessories, she can help maximize space and make the home more inviting, comfortable and stylish.
