Alex Schwed has been involved in the construction industry since 1979. He graduated from Cal Berkeley and has since focused on working with residential customers in the San Francisco area. He specializes in remodeling existing structures and creating custom kitchens, bathrooms and additions.

Mr. Schwed and his team realize that any construction project can be very disruptive to the life of the homeowner and his or her family. Everyone on their crew makes an effort to be courteous and professional and to respect clients’ property and belongings. Schwed Construction uses quality products from well-known manufacturers. They can also recommend suppliers for any product or material a job might require.

“Keeping my customers happy is my number one priority. Most of my work comes from referrals, and the only way to earn new business is to make sure every customer is satisfied. I’m somewhat of a perfectionist, so I work on each project with the same attention to detail that I’d give my own home.
