David Hodges started in the insurance business on January 1, 1985 and has established his company as one of the premier employee benefit consulting firms. Hodges Insurance Services, Inc. provides a variety of health, dental, life and disability policies for employee groups of all sizes.

David has a college degree in employee benefits and consistently rates as one of California’s top brokers. Prior to starting his company, David had an acting career, where he learned “to stop acting and start reacting.” He quickly realized that one cannot react until one truly listens to what is being said and how it is being said. This trained him to filter information and find a solution that fulfills that person’s needs, as opposed to just selling something.
