Xtra Hand helps East Bay homeowners with general repairs, maintenance, plumbing issues and electrical emergencies. Owner and operator Brant Newman has an extensive background in customer service, and he says he and his crew can tackle repair jobs quickly, competently and professionally.
Xtra Hand’s technicians have the knowledge and experience to handle both minor and major repairs, from leaking faucets and damaged floorboards to loose shingles and inconvenient electrical outlets. “We’re courteous and professional, and we respect our customers’ time, belongings and living spaces,” says Mr. Newman. “Also, we aim to leave worksites free of debris and cleaner than when we arrived.”
According to Mr. Newman, Xtra Hand’s service-oriented approach to business is readily apparent in its everyday business practices. His work crews show up on time, and if there’s a delay, they let customers know right away. “We don’t let people just sit and wonder what’s going on,” he says. “I’m very concerned about keeping them informed at all times.”
