We had a problem with our furnace room. There was a leak somewhere, and Karam's foreman John came out and did the most amazing forensics. They figured out that we had a high efficiency furnace that produces an acidic condensate, and there was a copper pipe that must have been corroded, thus producing the leak. Sure enough they nailed it. No other contractor I know of would have caught that."
