Searle Electric opened on the Monterey Peninsula in 1926 under the leadership of Dan Searle Sr. Originally located in Santa Cruz, they quickly relocated to Monterey and began wiring businesses and maintaining the canneries on Cannery Row. Today, with Dan Searle, Jr. and his son Chris at the helm, Searle Electric serves residential, commercial and industrial clients throughout the Monterey Peninsula.

As Lutron Homeworks dealers they are qualified to design, install and integrate complete home lighting, sound, telephone and television systems. In the commercial/industrial arena they are experts at computer, telephone and sound systems. Searle Electric also performs electrical calculations for title-24 work and design/build projects.

Searle Electric's experienced and personable staff has contributed greatly to its ability to handle large, multi-faceted jobs smoothly and precisely. Their California State Certified Technicians are skilled, experienced team players who emphasize quality work, phenomenal service and safety on the job.
