Schwed Construction is a full-service custom remodeling firm that works on residential projects throughout San Francisco. In addition to designing and remodeling kitchens, bathrooms and existing structures, the company builds room additions and restores historic properties.

Owner Alex Schwed has been working in the construction industry for more than 30 years, and he says his experience has given him a unique perspective on the residential building process. “I understand that construction projects can be disruptive to the lives of homeowners and their families, so my crews and I make every effort to be courteous and professional and respect their properties and belongings.”

Schwed Construction prides itself on only using quality building products from leading manufacturers, and it can also recommend suppliers for any products or materials required to complete a job.
