Roger's wasn't on the warranty repair list, so they sent out another pool service to fix the pump. The other pool company told me the pump wasn't adequate and that we needed to upgrade to another, more expensive pump. It didn't sound right, so I called Roger's. They explained that the other pump wasn't needed unless I also had a spa and that they could install the smaller pump for less. They said that if it wasn't adequate, they would replace it for me. I went with them instead of the warranty people. I have been happy with that decision. I am very pleased with them."
