Dr. Richard F. Sellman and his staff promote a comfortable, friendly dental atmosphere.

The office of Richard F. Sellman, D.D.S. performs a variety of general and cosmetic dental procedures for adults and children. In addition to cleaning, whitening and preventive care, Dr. Sellman and his team are skilled in doing veneers, implant restoration, bonded composite/porcelain fillings and crowns. They also work in conjunction with patients’ personal physicians to diagnose and treat mild to moderate sleep apnea with computerized acoustic reflective technology and customized oral appliances.

Dr. Sellman says his 25-plus years of experience in general and cosmetic dentistry has taught him the importance of incorporating new technology and techniques into his practice whenever possible. “My practice is designed with the comfort of my patients in mind. We strive to blend experience, compassion and technology to create a comfortable, less stressful dental experience.”

Dr. Sellman’s practice offers sedation services for apprehensive patients, including nitrous oxide and a therapy dog named Bodie. “I’ve found that having a specially trained therapy dog in the office makes patients feel more at ease,” says Dr. Sellman. “Bodie provides a welcome distraction for those who are apprehensive about getting dental treatment.”
