Restoration 9-1-1 reverses water and fire damage for home and business owners throughout the Greater Bay Area. The company also provides trauma scene and sewage clean-up, board-up services and asbestos abatement for up to 99 square feet of surface area. It’s certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) to handle fire, smoke and water damage restoration; carpet cleaning, repair and installation; applied structural drying; and applied microbial remediation.
Owner Sal Vitalie says Restoration 9-1-1 takes a personalized approach to property damage cleanup. It uses the same crew of certified restoration technicians, cleaning experts and support staff on every job. “Using the same team allows us to quickly assess damage and assign the right people to the right tasks,” says Mr. Vitalie.
Upon request, Restoration 9-1-1 provides free estimates that include damage assessment, probable work hours and price quotes. Once a price is agreed upon, the company’s damage specialists start working immediately. “Our response time is crucial,” says Mr. Vitalie. “The sooner we can get to work, the more money, time and resources we can save our clients.”
