Quail Garden is an assisted living facility in Livermore that provides individual care and support for Alameda County senior citizens. As a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE), the company offers a combination of personal services, housing, housekeeping and health care. It helps seniors with normal, day-to-day activities while allowing them as much independence as possible.
Owner Bob Londagin established Quail Garden in 1998 with his wife, Diane. The company is family-owned and operated, which means it “doesn’t have to deal with a parent corporation,” says Mr. Londagin. “Our only priority is the care and well-being of our residents. The feedback we’ve received from them and their families has been overwhelmingly positive.”
Quail Garden is licensed to accommodate up to 18 residents, and its residential-style facility features private and semi-private living spaces, family-style meals, and activity and game rooms. “We play Bingo up to three times a week,” says Mr. Londagin, “and we also offer outdoor musical entertainment.”

They’ve spent a lifetime serving their families and countries, and we’re delighted to be able to give something back to them. We treat our residents with dignity and respect, and we consider them extensions of our family.”
