Pacific Hearing Service provides hearing aids, diagnostic hearing evaluations and general hearing care services for patients of all ages at two locations in Menlo Park and Los Altos. The company offers a complete line of hearing aid products from top manufacturers such as Oticon, Widex, Starkey, ReSound and Phonak (including Lyric®), all of which are custom-fitted and fine-tuned to meet each patient’s individual needs. It also provides assistive listening devices for telephones, televisions and other audio equipment.

Owners Jane H. Baxter, Au.D. and Debbie Clark, Au.D. say Pacific Hearing Service is defined by the passion its audiologists have for serving  patients and helping them find solutions to their hearing issues. “People with hearing disabilities endure significant daily struggles, so being able to alleviate those problems is truly rewarding for us.”

Pacific Hearing Service includes complimentary reprogramming and adjustment services with each of its hearing aid systems for the entire first year of use. “Our patients can come in as often as they need to make sure their hearing aids are precisely programmed to the optimal settings,” says Dr. Baxter.
