Neal Schwartz and Donna Dawson-Schwartz have wide-ranging real estate backgrounds and a quarter century of experience between them. They worked in a variety of markets in Washington State and California before settling into the Los Gatos community. There, in partnership with Coldwell Banker (the nation's oldest and arguably most respected real estate organization) they help area residents realize their dreams of home ownership.

They are true believers in educating the client to ensure that they understand what's happening at every step of the buying or selling process.

Both Neal and Donna are members of the Silicon Valley, California and National Association of Realtors. Ms. Dawson-Schwartz is also a member of the local and national chapters of the Women's Council of Realtors and is an accredited stager.
