Principal Adrian Mulhall is a third-generation construction professional—his father and grandfather were both carpenters, and he began working in the family business at an early age. “I was raised to do things right the first time,” explains Mr. Mulhall. “Everyone who works here shares the same mentality. We take care of issues immediately and make sure each client is 100 percent satisfied before we finish the job.”
Mulhall Construction implements several Green building practices, including a sustainable consultancy service that’s designed to make clients’ homes more energy efficient by improving air tightness, using alternative energy sources and increasing fabric insulation. “We’re very aware of the impact construction has on the environment, so we strive to reduce this impact whenever possible,” says Mr. Mulhall. “Care for the environment is at the forefront of our minds.”
