Market Engineering creates custom wine cellar racks and cooling systems.
Market Engineering designs, creates and installs custom wine cellars, wine racks and wine cellar cooling systems for residential and commercial clients throughout the Bay Area. Nearly all the company’s rack products are built from redwood, recycled whenever possible and fabricated by its own mill. In addition to its wine storage capabilities, it creates solid redwood-framed doors with clear or etched glass.
Originally established in 1939 as a commercial refrigeration company, Market Engineering turned its attention to wine cellar temperature control in the early 1960s and has been engineering cooling systems to meet customers’ specific temperature and humidity requirements ever since. The company’s experienced engineers work closely with clients to help them select the appropriate systems to meet their needs, from capacity and lighting to designs and colors.
