Janet Bell has been a licensed contractor since 1988 and a licensed landscape contractor since 1994. She is a certified member of the Association of Professional Landscape Designers. Her first industry role was as manager of construction projects for a high-end residential landscape company in Santa Monica. Later she worked with a design/build firm in the South Bay on projects with budgets over half a million dollars. A love for her work and desire for creative freedom motivated her to open her own business in 1996.
